The LEGADO Breakfast

Continental Breakfast is included and available as a sweet "Vienna" or a savoury "Finca" version.
Breakfast consists of creamy organic yoghurt mixed with fresh fruit, roasted nuts and spices, and there is fresh fruit juice, a soft boiled egg and a choice of homemade jams, Dulce de Leche, Jamon Serrano and Avocado.
The extras menu includes porrigde, Bircher Müesli as well as a full range of fresh egg dishes such as poached eggs on avocado toast, eggs in a glass Vienna style all of which come from our own LEGADO blacktail chickens.
Breakfast is served from May to September alfresco by the pool and during the cooler season in our casa principal's wintergarden.
