AIR CONDITION
All our rooms have air conditioning, which can be used for both cooling and heating. Please make sure to close windows and doors when using it.
Non-compliance not only leads to a waste of energy, but can also lead to malfunctions and failure of the air conditon.
BAR / SNACKS
Our bar – depending on season and weather located either in the main house or in the pool area – offers snacks (2pm–7pm) and refreshments. The bar is open daily from 8:15am–10pm. If you would like to have drinks for after 10pm, please let us know before we close and we can prepare them for you.
BREAKFAST
Our Continental Breakfast is included in the room rate and is served daily from 9am – 11:30am in the pool area from May to September if the weather is nice, otherwise in our winter garden in the main building.
Please do not attend breakfast in swimwear.
CHECK IN
Check-in time is from 3:00pm.
Check-in time for groups (3 or more rooms) is from 4:00pm.
Early check-in is always subject to availability. Unless we have confirmed an early check-in, we cannot guarantee that we will have availability for breakfast and lunch service and/or pool beds before your regular check-in time. Therefore we highly recommend taking the opportunity to drop off your start exploring the island before the official check-in.
The rooms can only be used by guests who are duly registered at reception with a valid identity document.
CHECK OUT
Check-out time is 12:00 pm / noon.
If you require an early check out (before 8:00 am), we ask you to talk to our front desk staff to settle your bill the day before. If you would like to check out late, we will be happy to provide that if possible. Late check out is always subject to availability. Unless we have confirmed a late check-out, we cannot guarantee that we will have availability for pool beds after 3:00 pm.
DINNER
Our Dinner4Friends can be booked as private dinner events for 15+ guests. Please make sure to book well in advance in case you would like to secure a specific date. If dinner events take place, we notify our guests via our newsletter. Subscription is possible on the contact page.
EMERGENCY
If you need anything, please let us know, you can always call us at +34 690 96 73 83 between 8:00 am and 11:00pm and in case of emergency. For actual emergencies you can always dial the international emergency number 112 free of charge (for police, ambulance, fire brigade etc.)
ENVIRONMENT
We see it as our duty to protect the environment by avoiding unnecessary water consumption. Bed linen and towels are changed on a regular basis after every third night - please leave the towels on the floor if you need us to change them earlier.
HOUSEKEEPING / CLEANING
All rooms are being cleaned on a daily basis. We normally completely change bed linen and towels every 3 days, if you would like fresh linen or towels in between, please leave your towels on the floor or inform our reception of your request. If you do not allow our housekeeping access to your room between 8:00am and 3:00pm, we will unfortunately not be able to clean your room.
The right is reserved to charge extra for additional cleaning that becomes necessary due to disproportionate soiling on an hourly basis according to the extent of time required.
Compensation will also be charged for damage caused in the room through gross neglect.
ICE BUCKET / BYO - CORKAGE FEE
All drinks from our drinks menu are cooled and served with ice if desired. If you bring drinks to the hotel and need ice, you can ask for an ice bucket (EUR 6,00) at the bar. Of course, it can also happen that you would like to enjoy your favorite wine that you have taken with you. We will gladly cool it down for you and serve it to you with wine glasses and an ice bucket (Corkage Fee EUR 15,00).
Apart from that, we kindly ask you to refrain from consuming your own food and drinks in the pool or lobby area during bar opening hours.
MASSAGE / YOGA
Our front desk staff will be happy to suggest massage therapists, ostheopaths and yoga teachers and make appointments for you. Please note that these appointments are always to be paid on site and directly in cash.
For treatments cancelled within 48 hours before the agreed appointment a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged, for cancellations on the same day 100%.
NOISE
Please ensure that you do not cause any noise in the rooms, corridors or public areas of the hotel, especially between 10pm and 8am that is likely to disturb the night's rest of other guests. When using the Marshall speakers, please make sure to not exceed a room volume of 50db during the day and 35 dB during the night.
Non-compliance will result in refusal of further hospitality without any compensation.
POOL
The use of our saltwater pool is possible all year round, 24/7. Please make sure that other guests – especially between 10pm and 8am – are not disturbed by noise. In order to maintain the good water quality, we kindly ask you to refrain from using suntan oils and to always take a shower before using the pool.
Please refrain from taking any food or drinks into the pool. If you cause the pool to become dirty (especially with broken glass), you agree to bear all costs for the restoration of the pool and any replacement costs for other guests.
Please use a pool towel if you lie on the sunbeds.
For safety reasons it is at no time permitted to jump into the pool.
Be aware that the pool stairs might be slippery, please use handrails.
The use of the pool is always at your own risk.
SAFETY
Although we take all measures to ensure maximum security in the hotel, we recommend that you do not leave any valuables in the rooms unattended. We are happy to store small valuables or cash in the hotel safe for you. We cannot under any circumstances accept liability for the loss of valuables or other things left in the rooms.
SMOKING
Smoking is allowed in all outdoor areas, smoking in the rooms is strictly prohibited.
In the event of non-compliance, the additional cleaning costs will be charged at EUR 350.00.
If cigarette smoke or similar causes a false fire alarm, an extra EUR 2,000.00 will be charged, as well as any additional costs incurred in connection with the automatic alerting of the fire brigade or police.
TAXI
Our front desk staff are happy to try to arrange taxis for you during the reception opening hours from 8am until 10pm. Outside these hours you can call Ibiza Radio Taxi at +34 971 333 333 (or use their app Taxiclick). Please note that only pick-ups for the airport can be pre-ordered. Since autumn 2023 Uber is operating on the Balearic islands and can be booked through their usual app. Please be aware that the door bell at the entrance gate will not be answered during night hours between 11pm and 7am, please use the remote control on your room key to open.
TIPS
If you were happy with the service provided by our team, they would of course be grateful if you express this with a tip. You are welcome to leave the tip in the tip box at the front desk when you make your final payment, it will then be divided accordingly among the employees. If you would like to specifically tip one or more team members, please let us know and we will distribute the tip according to your wishes.
WASTE | RECYCLING
In order to be able to recycle our waste as efficient as possible, we kindly ask you to place glass or plastic bottles as well as beverage cans next to the waste bin. Please only throw toilet paper into the toilets. Under no circumstances must hygiene or cosmetic tissues, tampons or sanitary towels be disposed of in the toilets. These do not decompose and can cause serious pipe blockages with all their unpleasant consequences.
WATER
As we refrain from using water bottled in plastic, we produce our own drinking water with a reverse osmosis system. You will find complimentary bottled drinking water in your room, which will be refilled daily.
WIFI
The wifi "Legado" is available to all our guests free of charge.
